Experiential Leadership Courses

TiGa develops essential leadership skills and behaviours through outdoor expeditions in highly diverse locations, to assess participants' most primal instincts in overcoming cultural, psychological and/or survival challenges. Usually run over 2 to 3 days, our courses incorporate elements of time, people, resource, communications and stress management. Leadership can be enjoyable - we encourage people to relish the challenge, enjoy the experience, gain new perspectives and spend time in a different reality. Course leaders are rotated regularly to ensure a variety of experience for all participants.
We offer graduated degrees of difficulty catering to different levels of management and always provide performance reports. The information we collate is invaluable to senior managers seeking to identify leaders in their ranks, and helps participants learn more about what they can achieve.
We really enjoy tailoring courses to clients' ideas so let us know what you want to achieve and we'll make it happen.
Course Objectives:
Challenge thinking; challenge self; challenge personal & environmental awareness; challenge boundaries; challenge status quo.
We have run courses in Shanghai, Xinjiang, Hangzhou, Finland and are launching courses in Sri Lanka and Japan this year...

Leadership Seminars
More entry level than the 3-day course, these short burst qualitative courses are ideal for junior or lower level leaders embarking on the first few years of their leadership journey. Open to all comers though, whether new or simply looking for a refreshing challenge.
Whether you're a CEO or a PA, TiGa offers the personal attention you need to achieve whatever you want in your career. Most importantly, one-to-one sessions are structured in a tapered release approach to ensure you don't remain dependent on the coaching.
More bite-size than a 3-day experiential course, we offer 1/2 day seminars to educate staff about the unexpected elements that contribute to real leadership. The seminars are highly interactive and engaging, focusing on generic or specific needs as required. Designed for all, from departmental to multi-company delegations.
"I had previously played professional & semi professional rugby in the UK and Angus was my personal trainer & coach for an 18 month period during my secondment in Shanghai.
Throughout this time I had a very busy work & travel schedule, meaning that I did not have a consistent routine. Angus developed a personal training programme which worked with my schedule, challenged me and delivered fantastic results.
Alongside the training schedule, Angus provided nutritional advice and education in order to change habitual behaviour and maximise my performance - this was the real difference - He takes complete interest and seeks to understand, performing a full review & providing detailed feedback on lifestyle, training & diet.
A great coach, with great knowledge and a great person."
